Playing experience is what I'm seeing

Storm knows the offense inside and out. Naheim has been in it a bunch as well and everyone figured he'd take a step forward this year, not two steps back.

MY strikes me as a guy that expects his guys to run his system, possibly to his detriment, because he knows it's a sound system and has served him well for a long, long time.

The problem is, the system isn't working properly and he doesn't seem to want to change what he's doing with it. Not sure if it's stubbornness, or him making a point to his players that they need to play his system or they aren't seeing the court as much.

At this point, I don't understand Naheim's 30+ minutes a game. Mutts, Aluma and Cattoor should be averaging 30-35, while the others (Storm, NA, Sean, Maddux) get 15-25 depending on the matchup. It's to the point where he's going to lose these younger guys if they aren't playing. That's worrisome.
